Where do I even begin...this guy is hands down the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. He’s done nothing but lie and distribute inappropriate behavior onsite and off site for the last 7 months we’ve been dealing with him. Also what little work he’s got done in these 7 months on our new master bedroom, he’s done completely wrong! I’ve had another contractor come check his work and one wall bows out 3 inches the other walls dip down at least a 1/2inch, the entire square itself is off by 6 inches. In the 7 months he’s got the foundation poured and some footings placed, that’s it. This guy will come up with excuse after excuse for everything. I can’t wait to hear his excuse for this. He’s only worked on our project for 2 hrs the month of July and was here maybe 4 days in June. His messages he would send me would be complete gibberish, I couldn’t ever understand what he was talking about. Then if you try to call him he won’t answer or return your call. Now for his bizarre behaviors....Almost weekly I’d text him asking for an update and wondering if he was even going to show up. He’d respond eventually with these long novel texts that made no sense but almost always ended with how I need to provide him with cheesecake when he’s here, Gatorade, ice water, and he prefers ice cream on fridays. He even claimed this was part of our “contract.” There was one time he worked like 4 days in a row and i was so proud of him for actually working that I went and got him and his wife a slush. The cup leaked all over my shirt so owner) stated to me “just take off your shirt and ring it out in the cup.” I was also 9 months pregnant at the time. ThHe has also yelled out his car window while his wife drove him off at my 8 yr old daughter to have her make sure your mom makes me that cheesecake. One day I heard loud banging on my back door and I found mike trying to insert his head through the doggie door. I opened the door and the owner then laid on the concrete patio begging me for ice water. These are just of the few events that have happened in the last 7 months.. This guy has A+ ratings! He must rate himself. Since I’ve fired him things have gotten worse. This man sends me messages blaming my hormones for firing him. He snuck into my yard, hiding from our cameras and stole our building permit. He’s threatening me if I publicly write anything negative about him then he’ll sue me for “slander.” There are so many more things he’s done as well but I think I’ve said enough. He owes us $5000 for the shady work he hasn’t came close to even completing in 7 months. He refuses to give us any money back and continues to send me threatening messages.
