The way they do business lacks business etiquette when it comes to communicating scheduling and other matters pertaining to the job commissioned. They also like to tack on last minute fees or hidden fees not discussed in the invoices... so keep track of your invoices and understand what is in them when they are to implement the work. Also they do not finish the work commissioned in a timely manner, it took 6-8 weeks to finish up a job and four communications to them later to come and get the job done before payment would be released, and when workers came unannounced to finish up, they could not finish up with the excuse that they did not have enough screws to finish and that they would be back to finish. Still waiting. Their workmanship is okay, it could be much better. Now it is a waiting game to see how the efficacy of their work pans out.
