Thank you Erez, The team and the office staff who were involved at our home remodeling project recently. The remodeling project that they did for us was to basically remodel the: Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathrooms and the common areas (such as the laundry room, garage, hallway and living room area). We wanted to sell our house and our agent recommended us to remodel completely the bathrooms at the house which gave us a tight deadline for that (only two weeks) bathrooms remodeling. Tami was our project manager, and she made sure that the work will start the following day and that the crew will complete the daily tasks while focusing on the quality of the work. My wife and are very pleased with the remodeling work that Ben and his team did on our bathrooms, kitchen and master bedroom. It’s been more than a month since the entire work was finished and the fresh look and perfection of it still makes us thrilled each time we get back home or we use them. With this type of quality, only a team of professionals and a good management skills can be the main reason for that and during the work and even before, we did not have any problem or issues with Ben or any of his workers or even sub-contractors. We met with few construction companies in order to remodel our kitchen and all the bathrooms at the house, which at the end of all the meetings… we hired Top Pros Construction. We met with Yaron and during all the meetings that we had; he spends extra time to really understand what we want to achieve, what is our style and preferred design. This was a huge plus for us because we felt that he really cares about our project and not only in making money. We needed to expand and upgrade our kitchen by moving the laundry space to the garage and removing a wall between the dining room area to the kitchen. This made us the exact open space and entertaining area that we wanted. More than that, we replaced some windows so we can have natural light. In the kitchen we added an island with 6 seating that will face one window overlooking the backyard. The team of Yaron guided us to make the remodeling stress free, including helping us with the purchase of all the cabinets, floors, marble, tiles and appliances. We are thrilled with the whole remodeling and the new kitchen beat all of our prospects, converting our entire home. We will keep recommending Yaron and Top Pros Construction.

Erez at Top Pros Construction did a breathtaking remodeling job with our new house. From the first time that we met with him at the house, Erez was very knowledge and with extra design skills for everything we asked and thought of doing and he was very easygoing when it comes to go over all the questions we had during the meetings. We had a strict timeline to finish the work because we needed to move in the house and Erez promised us that everything will be complete on that time and he fulfilled his promise! Everything was finished in precise condition and on the time he promised to us. He was at the house daily in order to make sure that there are no delays or problems with the work. We were thrilled with what he did for us we already talked with Erez to remodel the second phase of the work to our house.

Top Pros Construction remodeled for us our backyard by building indoor / outdoor living space that added a lot of value to our house. Erez is absolutely a very skilled man at his industry. We’ve used Top Pros Construction for two projects 1 year apart. The first time we hired them, it was for a full back landscaping project - design, irrigation, plantings. Erez did an amazing work, kept to the promised (upon) budget, and finished the entire project as scheduled. We loved the yard and received many complements. This year we built a new pool, which required all new landscaping work. This time around, besides having design, irrigation and planting needs, our ideas included fencing, benches, BBQ island as well with slopes and varying elevations. Erez was amazing, and he pulled all of our ‘preferred’ and ‘want’ into a stunning design plan that met our budget and Erez and his team executed the design perfectly. Once again, besides the enjoyment we receive from our beautiful backyard, our friends and family have nothing but complements as well.  We highly recommend Top Pros Construction.

My rating for this company is not less than 5 stars! My experience working with the Top Pros Construction Team and mainly with our project manager Erez — was excellent. Erez supervised my kitchen, living room area & bathroom remodeling projects at our home. He provided us with a complete designing plan and detailed estimate for that project while making sure that the budget was kept as agreed, not including few changes that we asked to do during the work. Erez and his team were all very knowledgeable and excellent communicators. I highly recommend Sunshine builders and I will keep working with them again if I need to remodel any other part at my house.

The Top Pros Construction team - especially Erez and Ben, who did a wonderful job on the kitchen, Bathroom, master bedroom and powder room. Erez was the only one that was able to figure out how to maximize the existing remodeling space, and he came up with so many useful solutions in order to make our vision come true. He was always went above and beyond to what we initially agreed in resolving all the design tasks and in supervising all the minor details that came into this remodeling project. Besides him, Ben guided me with all the selecting materials challenges and assist me by picking the right cabinets, ceramic tiles, hardwood floors, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and even the colors and designs for the paint and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how my new space came out. They had wonderful solutions for how to manage my kitchen stuff with strong attention to details. The day-to-day project manager (Erez) was an amiable person to work with, and he was always available to address any issues that arose. The last spaces remodeling came out very professionally, and while the work was in progress, he made sure that the crew will keep the area safe and clean while focusing on finishing the work on schedule.
