Top Quality Home Repair & Construction did a great job. Had them cut a new opening and install a new solid core passage door from the family room to the master bedroom. He turned the original entrance door and hallway to the master bedroom into a walk-in closet. What I liked most was his quality work and making sure any mess was cleaned up at days end before leaving. Also saved me a bunch of $$$ by not moving the electrical switch from the old doorway to the new doorway and recommended using a remote switch. Got one on Amazon for about $30 and works great. I would definitely use Top Quality Home Repair & Construction in the future without hesitation.

Restoration completed by Michael recently on our Farm House was accomplished with efficiency and quality workmanship. Each task was carefully assessed before beginning the work; Mike is a good communicator.
Unforeseen issues were solved with imagination, skill and innovation. Instructions were followed carefully but when it was necessary to take the initiative the right decisions were made.All in all, Top Quality Home Construction and Repair provided a positive experience from start to finish with congenial help, superior workmanship and total neatness upon departure.

Mike was very professional, and yet personable too. He and his "team" worked VERY well together, and they did an excellent job repairing an original, somewhat poorly constructed, upper deck. Mike knew exactly what needed to be done, and it was done well, and far more quickly than I thought it would. I thought his fee was very reasonable and fair and I was very impressed at how "tidy" he and is crew were! I liked working with him so much that I have a list building of future jobs I would like him to do!
