The neighbors in the area suggested TQR (Top Quality Roof) -- I phoned them and spoke to the son, liked what he said and hired the group -- They secured the proper permits, worked with the HOA as to type of shingle and set to work -- The job was complete in less than a week, with the work area completely cleaned of debris. Their bid was not the lowest received, but my real estate agent was impressed with the outcome/cost. I would recommend this group in a heartbeat for all the reasons stated above and more. (One of the MOST important pieces in working with anyone is COMMUNICATION -- Since I did not live in the area, I relied on their willingness to return my calls and keep me apprised of progress, issues, cost over-run, etc. -- They did not fail!)
