We had our walkway and front steps replaced by Top Rank Renovations, LLC last June. The project has a 25 years warranty. A piece of the front step stone broke off. We tried to call the company to come back and repair it. Every time we called, they said they will have the guy who did the work get back to us but they never did. Now they don’t even pick up our phone.

TL/DR: Just don't hire them, they don't stand by their work, they will ignore your calls.
Don't even consider these guys if you need any work done around your house. If you're coming from Home Advisor about looking for external reviews for Top Rank Renovation read this. They have a pretty good reviews on that website, and they might do a good job the first time they come around. However, if any of their craftsmanship fails they're going to leave you high and dry. We had a roof repaired at our house in July of 2019 and it comes with a 25-year warranty on craftsmanship. We started having leaks in our 2nd-floor ceiling 2 years later in the same month. We called them telling them that we had a roof repaired by them, and if we could just get something scheduled to just have it checked out by someone.
On July 3rd I contacted them asking to schedule a visit to inspect the roof, the person who was helping me said she'll contact me again with the visit date. I didn't hear from them again until I called them again.
On July 5th I contacted them again to follow up and the lady on the other line said she'll call me within half an hour. I didn't hear from them again.
On July 6th my father contacted them and asked to schedule a visit to check on the roof again. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the lady on the other line said that someone would come from 5 PM to 7 PM of that day. It rained so I assumed that they just canceled, but they didn't notify me again to tell me that they weren't coming or to reschedule again.
On July 7th I called them again and was forwarded to their voicemail, I again asked for a reschedule of the visit, as well as left my name and number and I have not gotten anything back as of now.
It's quite obvious that at this point after talking to them 4 times that they're ignoring me. Even if they're busy and can't fit me into their schedule just tell me they can't come it's that simple. I don't know why they think it's a good business practice to just ignore their customers. They're unprofessional and there are many other legitimate contractors around the area, save yourself the time, the money, and the headache and go for someone else. You'll be glad you listened to this review if you did.
