Ray was hired to be the plumber for three of our ADU projects. He started doing well for the jobs but once he received a larger payment, communication stopped and so did the work. Ray blocked one of the clients and isn’t communicating with anyone at this moment. Last time he was paid he requested an advance and he hasn’t performed much work since then. His lack of communication, lack of performance and professionalism is causing major delays to our projects and is compromising us with clients. Ray: ignoring your client on your commitments when you have been paid in advance is completely unprofessional. Will pursue a claim with the CSLB if this isn’t resolved by the given deadlines. Will update review when Ray completes the work (if he does).
