Do not hire Michele and Travis to install windows in your house. I hire them to install new windows in my house. The result was not like what they have told me and what they will do. Their quality if work is terrible. They work quickly to install the window to get the job done and do not put an effort to do a quality job. They were in such a hurry to complete the job and move on to the next job, they took shortcuts. They tell you they are professional but the results shows they do not know how to install windows properly. One of the window they install in my house, water leaks into the window and into the house within a year. The caulking around the windows crack within a year. One of the windows was the incorrect size. They shoved it to the opening and put expandable foam around it. They did not caulk around the window. I communicate with them about these issues, they told me they install the windows the correct way. They are not willing to help me repair these issues. I had to hire a professional windows installer to repair the bad windows installation they did.

- Building permit records show that Top Shelf Roofing & Exteriors has worked on 43 permitted projects.
Do not hire Michelle and Travis to do any work on your house. I hired them to install windows in my house. Their quality of work is poor. They do not care about me. They only care about doing a quick job to get my money. They work Monday thru Friday from 9am to around 4pm. Within a year the caulking cracks. Water leaks into one window. They ordered the wrong windows size and install the windows incorrectly. The windows should be flush to the siding. My windows sticks out about 1.5" from the siding. They shoved the window into the opening and added expandable foam around the frame. They did not caulk the inside or outside of the frame. They did not told me they ordered the incorrect window size. They came back to my house to re-caulk the windows but they barely spent time re-caulking the windows. I saw a few area in window where there was no caulking. I told them about these issues. They told me it's my problem and not theirs. They do not have experience installing windows as what they have told me. Travis told me good things he would do to install the windows in my house to get my business and does not do what he told me. Michelle has a foul mouth. She has a good response to everything I told them they did wrong. I hired another window installer to re-caulk the windows. The installer told me he found many cracks and gaps around a few windows.
