We own a historic home. We hired Top State Roofing & Construction to seal and repair our roofs. They came back 4 times to redo the work. They did the work without permits or obtaining approval on materials from our city (WPB). Not only does the roof still leak, they stole our historic tiles and are refusing to return them unless I pay more money.
