We set up a meeting and their offer was reasonable and acceptable so I decided to hire them. The project went smooth, all workers were clean, professional, quick and efficient. I received 5 quotes for my backyard remodel and decided to go with Top Team Builders & Design, they gave me the best quality-price ratio. The project started on time and it went smooth and was finished ahead of schedule. The project manager and his crew were a true pleasure to work with. They were quick, efficient and extremely professional. They carefully listened what I wanted to do and kept eyes on every single detail. If you are planning to hire Team Builders Don’t! CSLB taking their contractors license away very soon, they are the nicest people when you first meet them but don’t let them fool you, they manipulate people, all they think of is how to get the money first.

If you have already hired Team Builders and they haven’t finished your project within the the timeframe, stop the project, fire them and hire someone else, I promise you they will not finish the job! Stop paying them, again they will not finish the project,

They don’t have any employees not even one, They also have 3 lawsuits, plus mine against them and they have 7 open projects not finished including mine.

I hired them on December 2020 and they were supposed to finish the project on March 2021, per contract, 3 bedrooms 2 bath remodeling,

3 weeks after the project started the house got red tagged, it turned out they started without a permit, permit was included in the contract,
3 months later the house got red tagged again, now what is it?
Building an additional room with no permit, permit was included in the contract,
plus they build a whole addition on piers no perimeter foundation.

They are doing their job backwards, they believe that they can cheat people and get away with it.

9 months later they left my project halfway Although they got paid in full. $162k
