My experience overall with Top Ten Builders was extremely positive. I was connected with them via Installation Made Easy which is a service used by Floor and Decor. I had wanted someone experienced installing large format tiles.
On the first day, as the large format tile was getting installed, I realized that the tile looked much different in my kitchen versus in store. It appeared much darker. I requested that the installers take the tile down so that I could run to the store and get different tile that would match my kitchen better. Mark, Marcos and team were very accommodating and worked to reschedule my install very quickly.
The workers were very pleasant and left an extremely clean job site after each day's work, which I appreciated greatly. I would highly recommend Top Ten Builders.
When the project was finished, the additional charges were fair and reasonable, which I also truly appreciated.
