HOMEOWNER BEWARE: I can not recommend this company and I would advise anyone thinking of hiring this company to FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.
When I initially hired this company, I spoke to Baisley. Sione Iongi and his crew showed up. Here's why I do not recommend this company:
1. The work took longer than expected. What was supposed to be a two day job turned into a three day job. That's because Sione and his crew sit around a lot.
2. I decided to give him the final payment after day two. I did this because I would be out of town on the third day and did not know when I would return. The only work that needed to be done on day three was addressing some minor issues with the concrete work, cleaning up the mess they made, removing the 2x4 forms around the driveway and walkway and reinstalling the gate they removed. Additionally, Sione left a wheelbarrow full of cement in the driveway but stated that he was leaving it to address the issues with the concrete. He also assured me that the wheelbarrow and everything else would be removed on day three.
When I returned home a few days later, the work had not been completed. I texted Sione the following day and he assured me that he would arrive the next day. That was more than two weeks ago. I have texted him several times and he always promises to show up the following day to remove everything but never shows up. Whenever I texted and asked why he didn't show up, he blamed his brother Baisley. Baisley was supposed to pick up the wheelbarrow twice which is now full of hardened cement and weighs a ton, Baisley has the screws for the gate so Sione couldn't come to put it back on, etc., etc., etc.
I put the gate back on myself, removed the 2x4s and the cones and stacked them. I finally called Baisley today and he was apologetic and stated that Sione was supposed to show up to take care of the the wheelbarrow, the trash and the gate (I no longer trust them to do any concrete work or repairs). Baisley assured me that he would send Sione to my home today or he would do it himself. I also received a text from Sione who claimed to not have seen my last text asking him once again to finish the job so that I don't get fined by my HOA.
Well, you guessed it, end of the day and not one person affiliated with Top Tier Concrete arrived at my house to finish what they started. Lesson learned. Anyone looking for a company to do concrete work, this is not the one.
