Robert was to do a complete project for us, 1,200 soft cabin, carpentry, painting, tile, electric and plumbing. He started first week of July 2022. he gave a completion date by October 2022. We were concerned that his progress was very slow and as the time rolled on the more we inquired an end date he worked slower. By February 2023 he was completing no work at this point he had billed us for over $45,000. We live 1.5 hrs away and could not be there everyday. February 20th he loaded his truck and left over the 4 weeks prior he put trim around one door and small window. He will not communicate with us now. He does not process a plumbers license as he said he did and we believe he renewed his electric after the work was complete. Robert has an explosive temper if questioned and has no issue with verbal and gesturing attacks. we would warn beware of this contractor.
