Contractor installed NEW unit at my home. I attempted to contact Torres on several occasions to fix the air conditioning distribution in the home.
I eventually gave up calling and hired another contractor to service the system.
Today we found out major repairs are necessary and the unit was out of warranty (only 5 years because no one registered the system with the manufacturer and we were not notified of this requirement ).
Needless to say we would never recommend this contractor.
