I got in contact with Joaquin back in June to change all the drain lines. He also provides me with a quote for electrical upgrades, windows & flooring- thank GOD I didn’t do any of them except the $1600 for the plumbing upgrades. A certified plumber along with a local inspector came by to tell me that everything done was incorrect & doesn’t even pass code. Everything is sized incorrectly & sloppy work. Never hire him or his ineffective crew. They hardly speak English & are clueless about communication

Stay away! I had my bathroom remodeled and kitchen floor redone. Like Melinda mentions they throw away parts and their attention to detail is very bad. In addition, their organization is horrible, you never know when they will arrive (if they will). When redoing our kitchen floor, they dragged appliances across hardwood floor. They scratched the hardwood floor and never repaired it. Also, they stole one of my ladders and broke my sons book shelf. They have expired insurance information on their quote and refuse to provide up to date insurance. Horrible experience, so please think twice before hiring them.

The project went well I had my bathroom, kitchen and the hardwood floors including the stairway redone or remodeled. There was a slight language barrier and the guys would sometimes accidentally throw parts away, but that was not an issue. The job looks good on the surface but their attention to detail is less desirable. I am currently waiting for them to return to fix some issues in the bathroom and kitchen. Other than that we worked well together they got the job done it looks good they just need to do a little bit of detail work.
