Torri Gutters is under new ownership and is unreliable and unprofessional unlike what they were in the past.
We were given an estimate and agreed to have the work completed at an arranged time. When they showed up, the installer determined he had not come with the correct material or tools. While there, we inquired about having another gutter installed but he could not give us an answer as to cost. He promised they would be back the next day however they never returned nor called. After multiple attempts to communicate, We finally here from Ryan, the new owner. He actually came by our home, apologized for what happened, agreed to do the work for an additional price with the extra gutter added, and assured us they would be there the next day to complete the job. Furthermore, he somewhat put the blame on the installer, the past owners son, and said, “that’s the way he is”. Needless to say, they did not show the next day. No communications either. We called multiple times and no answer or returned phone calls. On Monday morning, my wife called their office and they told use we were still on the schedule for that afternoon. They never showed up. We called them back and they blamed it on equipment failure again. They said we were on the schedule now for Wednesday only to find out that they had decided not to do the job because apparently their “feelings were hurt” because we had complained about the lack of communication and their continued excuses.
Torri Gutters should not be issued a business license if they are going to conduct their business this way. NO ONE should have to go through what we’ve been through with this company. It’s very frustrating and unacceptable!

Their employers were constantly fighting and bickering. I could hear them swearing at each other and arguing. They were higher in price but came highly recommended by a friend. They did good work but like I said it wasn't worth my kids hearing the cussing.

We had a more than horrible experience with Tori Gutters! We hired them to install gutter guards and within three weeks we had a major leak when it stormed. Trying to get Ryan out here was difficult, to say the least. He scheduled a few times to bring a contractor out but never showed AND ignored all calls and texts! Meanwhile our ceiling needs to be repaired and hardwood floor is damaged! We didn’t even care if they repaired the interior but just wanted assurance that there would be no more water damage before we fixed things. Obviously the gutters were not cleaned or the downspouts because we found a major blockage within 5’ of the inside leak. We have since dug deep into our pockets and had Torri’s work removed and new gutter guards installed….this has turned into a $10,000.00 project!! ( and no interior repairs, yet!) personal ‘THANK YOU’, Ryan Dean!
