    We contracted with Lowe Construction to perform a project at our home and we were unsatisfied. Lowe's contractor's license was not current at the time, which he did not tell us until the project was underway. Permits for the work were not obtained, and we received citations for code violations. We are incurring expense to have much of the work re-done. Despite all of this Lowe Construction has asserted a lien against our property. I do not recommend Lowe Construction.
