Our airconditioner went out on a Thursday. The insurance company said to call the aircondition company early morning to make an appointment. Friday morning at 8am I called and no answer. I called again by 9am and still no answer. I kept calling and voicemail box is full. By 2pm I gave up. I even sent a text message and I never received a message from them. Saturday morning I called again and no answer. It is now Monday and I finally received a call in the morning around 9am. They said they would be at my house around 11am and still no show. I called at 11:50am and the man by the name of Rosbel said they were on the expressway and would be here within an hour. It is now 1:50PM and still no show. There is no communication with this small business. My experience so far has been negative.

This is my second time around trying to receive much needed assistance to replace a MOLDY, torn, and air leaking HVAC system. This company is contracted through American Homeshield. I had the same claim approved 3 months ago, for the same company to replace my ductwork but they no showed me. On top of that despite my persistent calling as well as American Home Shield they never responded. After waiting over a month I dropped
The claim and tried to get a new contracted through the home Warranty. Sadly this could not be accommodated and I was given this company again. Today was supposed to be the ductwork installation and just like last time they no-showed and did not return my calls. Incredibly poor service.
