I do not know much about water heaters but I am quite satisfied with the work done by Total Appliance & Air Conditioning. I am a 75 year old lady and I only had to pay what was discussed. The product that was delivered was actually not the correct model but the serviceman, to the best of his ability make it work. And I was glad to see that he was able to make a work around."
