    Remodeling of Bathrooms, Bar and Laundry Room

    We have had a terrible experience with Total Construction Company. First and foremost the company is not forthright and honest. They are not customer service oriented and take short cuts whenever possible at expense of the homeowner. We had two bathrooms, a bar, laundry room and a new roof done. The only thing that was done in a somewhat timely manner was the roof. This was done by a subcontractor to Total Construction Company. The roofing company showed up on-time everyday working between 0730 am - 7:00 pm. The owner, Fernando, provided on-site project management and supervision. The remodeling of the two bathrooms, bar, and laundry room was performed by Total Construction Company. What a disaster. No on-site management, we had workers asking us what needed to be done. Materials not ordered correctly or inventoried. Reuse of old material from previous jobs they had. They would show up at different times daily sometimes at 7:30 am, sometimes at 9:00 am. No communications on scheduling and worksite problems and issues. Single point of failure was the owner. Workmanship and Craftsmanship was marginal. Constant errors on measurements resulting in delays and reordering of materials, for example not centering a sink between cabinets or on the granite. I do not recommend this place at all. Buyer BEWARE!

    I hired Jeff Frank to remodel my old kitchen after seeing what he did at my neighbor's house. Their kitchen was so beautiful that I had to meet him.
    He came over and we talked how he could redo my kitchen. I was very impressed with all of his ideas. His show room was such a great help in picking out a kitchen design with all the wonderful products. His interior designer was such a big help in guiding me in choosing the design I wanted. The cabinets that I picked out were so beautiful and well built. I just love them! They really stood out. I feel that the contractors that worked at my house were very experienced and professional.
    His expert and top notch crew gave me award winning kitchen. Jeff process was fast and efficient from the designing to the finishing touches. The workmanship is of the highest quality.
