Never! He told us it would be a 10 month build in 2016. We waited 2 years for permit! It is now 2021 and house still has no electric, water, entrance doors, HVAC, floors, elevator, plumbing, the windows leak and there is drywall mold! Total disaster! He and his wife never refunded the remaining funds for our house build!
Beware!!!!
