Total Design 360

Enrique Ponce from Totaldesign360 is so unprofessional. Project took 5 mo. vs 3 wks. He did Failed 2 final inspections. We never change the design. The changes made were due to his mistakes e.g.. installed 8' post in a 12' elevation. He charged more money to my contractor to fix his own mistakes. e.g. sub ceiling. Horrible trim/patch work thru the whole project. He used wrapped wood that he left under the weather for months. The pergola is 1 to 1.5" unleved. He connected all my fans and lights to my smoke detector circuit which is barely under code but still a hazard. Roof has 3 major code violations. Fixed shingles recall by the city with PAPER STAPLES!. Nails were frequently over-driven puncturing the shingles leaving exposed holes, no tarp or silicone, no consistency on the nail placement that avoided manufacture warranty, stagnant water on the roof after it rains, etc. But according to him and his wife they have years of experience doing roofing.And in top of that he left oil stains all over my street and I have my HOA complaining. I asked my contractor to send somebody else to finish my project and he said he couldn't because Enrique made him pay in advance or he wouldn't show up.

Would not recommend. Broke contract, took them over 1 month! Just to bring supplies. After bringing supplies, they kept pushing back the date further and further to get the job started. All for all, these people are very unprofessional.

I regret having hired this people to do our job “the Big project in Rockwall, TX” as they refer to it in their Instagram and Facebook pages from which they had blocked me because I guess they are not willing to take anything but a happy feedback.
They broke contract by not finishing project per timeline and having collected all the money and taking upon other jobs when ours was not completed was one of the least issues we have had with them. And after so many setbacks, we still today Monday September 2, 2019 - 9 months after having signed contract with them - have a leaking roof which they can’t seem to get fixed correctly ! which by the way, is now the last of so many issues we encountered with them.
I advise potential Customers to not pay in full until
the job is fully completed if u still think you want to have this people do your outdoor project.
Our contract specified 3 payments and last one was when the last set of materials were to be purchased, so we paid that final installment and then they took other jobs which they started and finished on-time while they were dragging ours.
As of today, the owner “Enrique Ponce” does not do what he says he is going to do making him unreliable, irresponsible and careless.
If I were you, I will steer away from this business.
Their pictures in their social media may look beautiful but the nightmare you have to go through to get your outdoor project completed is not worth it.
