I contracted this company to replace a 23x10 front porch in 2018. The job took four months, the contractor needing to replace the original employee with a subcontractor due to negligent work. The subcontractor also did a poor job; the railings kept shifting and posts kept falling out. I called three or four times to have them repaired, and they were not; I have been wood-gluing them in myself. To this day, they are falling out. In fact, this morning, one of the railings and all the posts with it fell off. The railings were not even connected to the house or the column. I wasted $13,000 dollars on this project; I will need to replace all these railings, as they are cheap, ill-installed and dangerous. I am now concerned about the actual foundation of the porch; will it shift, as well, and will I need to replace the footers and decking in another two or three years, as I now need to do with the railings ? Unfortunately, probably so.
