I would not recommend Total Dynamics.
I feel that I was cheated and now he sent me a revised invoice on February 2. He texted Monday February 8 and demanded payment by Friday February 11 and threatened a mechanic’s lien if he wasn’t paid by then.
I wouldn’t trust anything that he might reply to this review.

I think it's worth noting you were provided with with a written estimate (for $1,500) to complete your project. You project was completed on time and in budget. After your invoice aged past 30 days you were sent a mechanics lien warning. This is a standard practice / required. At that time you complained that the price was to high. You were given a $200.00 discount. And ultimately paid you invoice. Perhaps we should have just done the for you for free? In summary -Estimate was provided. -Estimate was approved (by you) -Job was completed on time -Job was completed within estimated budget. -The job quality was excellent. -Your invoice was beyond 30 days late. -Your invoice was discounted as a courtesy, and to avoid any court action. If there's anything else we can do for you let me know, aside from working for free that is. Dawayne
