A family-owned business that really stands by its warranty. We had our leaky roof repaired by them at least once and, when we had the cash, we hired them to replace it as well as the gutters. They didn't try to oversell anything - it was a very low pressure sales call. The price offered was very fair, the warranty generous, and the workmanship exemplary. I expected to find nails on our lawn afterward, but they were mindful of the fact that we had a toddler at the time, and the cleanup was incredible - I don't think we found a single nail afterward. When we had a leak recently - still within the warranty period - they sent someone out immediately. He replaced an entire section of the shingling, from peak to edge of the roof, told us he was done, and it didn't cost us a cent. They stand by their work in a way few companies do, and I truly appreciate that.
