    Association hired them for masonry, tuckpointing, sealing, and installing/removing casings for HCAC
    They need help not just experience

    I'm a property owner of a condo currently being serviced by this company at 4350 W Ford City Drive. I'm hoping the actual install goes as detailed because their draping process to protect windows and screening is sorely lacking. I've come home to nearly every screen torn...draping would have prevented most of this. I feel like they'd take more care of there was someone in charge on site and/or this job was being done in a high end area or a building where people didn't have to live. Other notables no covering of feet when entering/exiting units, draping inside units as a last step instead of first step, even the approach to go floor by floor seems out of sorts.
