Be careful--very careful. They will quote you a relatively low rate, one that is much less than other painters. (Forget the word contractor when talking with them, as they can only do very minor work in relation to the painting--they are NOT contractors).
However, cheap as they are, it's simply not worth it. They are sloppy, having missed several spots in different places. They sprayed paint all over furniture that I now have to either clean myself or pay to get repaired. They spackled some cracks and never smoothed out the spackle ridges, just painted over. Your lazy ex-brother in law could do better. The taping and spackling in another room has now cracked, again, 6 weeks after they "fixed" it. Yet another repair for someone else to do and for me to pay for. Also, at the end of the day, they throw the dirty paint water in their buckets into the bushes. So the next day, your bushes have dried crusted white paint spots all over them. Even the landscape was amazed at this! Don't do it. Unless you want to throw your money away and be aggravated to no end. Residential or commercial, you can do better elsewhere.
