If this company is owned and operated by Edward Humphrey, I would give the rating a 0, not a 1.
If this company is owned and operated b Edward Humphrey......this man is a known crook. Contact Detective Corns in Florida at 954-693-8200 or the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators. They should have a record of him.
