He was in business as Dinyari Incorporated and lied to clients about giving manufacturing warrantees with Carlisle and Bayer Systems and he never submited payments for them. Even when the manufacturee walked the job, he still didnt pay for it and submit paperwork leaving many many properties with both fluid applied and TPO roofs with NO warrantee after they paid for 20 years. Hes a scam artist and his employees he took with him to this new company total re roofing know how many people he did wrong, and they were involved in the scam.
