This contractor, Lui Saafi, has not returned calls or returned to the job site as promised to make sheetrock repairs. Framing issues were never resolved and I ended up having to pay someone else to finish the project by installing the baseboards that Total Service Construction had already been paid to do. These services were on our written contract.
