PLEASE PLEASE do not work with these people. They are scam artists. My solar panels have been "installed" for over a year, and they do not work. They have attempted to fix the issue multiple times, and it never seems to work. Now I have tried to email and call them and no reply. At first, I was in contact with six different people and now all six emails have been deactivated. Please avoid this scam.

Not very happy so far. The panels they installed are not producing and I'm still paying a light bill. They have promised to come out and add more panel, upgrade my electrical panel and add insulation but I haven't seen anyone. This has been going on since November of 2020. Lawsuit is coming I'll be damned if I get ripped off like this and by the looks of these reviews it could easily be a class action.

I would not recommend doing business with this company, although they have now changed names to Bello Solar. I signed up with them June 2020 and never heard anything for 2 months. Come to find out they lost my contract, probably due to the turnover in reps. I had to call to inquire on progress and that is when I found out I had a new account manager and a new sales rep. I agreed to continue after they offered me another year free. After another 4 months had passed, I had gone through another 2 account managers and still no progress. I finally asked for a cancellation and was told they understood and would be no issues. Another month passed and I get a call from yet another manager saying I could not get out of the contract and he would be sending me a bill for work they had not even started. Never go with an out-of-state company, especially this one!

This is a terrible company. A complete rip off. They installed my panels, and I paid them for the system. I am not getting any output from the system, and I have been unable to reach anyone at the company to service the system. All calls go to voicemail. They gave me a ten year warranty, which is useless.

The first attempt to get our solar panels installed was a fail because they didn't have the right materials to install. When they did install the panels one of the work men fell off the main roof and fell onto a lower second roof and then instead of telling us they started using our extra tiles to fix it. Now we have a whole city's worth of pigeons on our roof using the solar panels as shelter and pooping all over the panels reducing our out put. We paid someone to place spikes and and owl but it hasn't help. And now when I try to contact the company no one on any of the extensions is answering the phone lines. Worst investment and customer service I have ever experienced.

I was very excited to have solar energy. the day I signed the contract, the first time was a mistake with the spelling of my name, the second time was with my address, the third time was with my town. after one week I received a call that there was another mistake. also, I received an email and I said thank you, but after this many mistakes in a contract I lost trust in the company and no longer want the services. now, they sent me a bill for $4,679.40 because I broke the contract. how did I break the contract if there were that many mistakes? and why do I have to pay for a company that make this many mistakes in their contracts with clients?

It has been 21 months since I purchased my solar system, total offset with net metering. I still have not one time reached my avg output that they sold me! If you buy from them, you will have a new bill your electric bill or at least most of it and your overpriced solar system. Don't buy from the they are a rip off and do nothing but make promises that they won't keep!

Total disaster, I have a problem and I can’t get through to anyone. This company is a scam and they need to be sued to the fullest extent. I have their panels and they are still under warranty. Leaking through where they put the screws in or whatever they use. Ruined my ceiling in bedroom and they need to be responsible. Nobody should consider using them. That should have to give our money back and then some, bad bad people Shirley Tallent Franklin N C
