    Repair AC

    Total Technical Services is excellent! We originally called Ray because our AC was having difficulty cooling the house and had water collecting in the drain pan. Ray discovered that our coils needed cleaned and could have stopped there but he spent another hour cleaning our condensate lines and ensuring that we didn’t have any hidden issues. Two days later, out of pure coincidence, our AC compressor stops working (the unit is 20 years old so we are not surprised). We’ve got a two month old baby at home and with hot temps we needed help! Ray worked us in to a full packed day and spent his dinner time with us getting our AC fixed. He was incredibly thorough and took everything apart and replaced multiple pieces that had reached end of life to ensure that we and our little one could once again be comfortable. Thank you Ray for your excellent service!

    I can’t say enough how happy we are with Total Tech Services.
    My 83 year old Mom has been without A/C.
    Every HVAC contractor in the area was booked format least a week.
    Ray made time between calls to come here personally and recharge Mom’s A/C.
    Thanks just doesn’t seem enough, but thanks Ray, you’re awesome.

    I wish I could give a ZERO. Our real estate agent gave us a 2yr warranty as a gift/incentive to buy the home. What a scam. We did not use it at all the 1st year, but our AC went out on June 4, 2018. Of course it is summer and the temps were in the 90/100s. They sent Total Technical Services out to make the repair. Don't really know what he "repaired" because later that same day we heard the AC howl and stop working. We contact FNHW again, they followed up with the TTS and he stated we would need new blower/fan and that part is no longer available for our system. It took 3WEEKS of phone calls to finally get TTS to submit his bid for $3000!! Of course FNHW would only "cover" $950. We selected to cash out and find our own repair service. Total Tech Services is a ONE man operation that has only been in business for a couple of years. I don't understand why FNHW was not using a larger well known company. We contacted a repair company and within ONE WEEK he had ordered and replaced the blower/fan that TTS said was no longer available. We will not review this "policy" and I will tell ALL my friends/family and coworkers not to use FNHW or TTS. Scam!

    My home warranty company initially sent out another HVAC company who incorrectly diagnosed my furnace. I requested a second opinion and my work order was assigned to Total Technical Services. They were thorough and accurate with the diagnosis!

    Total Technical Services provided A+ service to my home. The technician was very knowledgeable, customer focused, and made sure the job was done right. He was detailed in explaining the repairs and why the needed to be done. I’m extremely happy with this company and the services they performed! I would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling repairs!
