Total BOTCH! Hired to remodel kitchen through Home Depot. Job is approaching 9 weeks and counting, despite initially being promised completion in 1-2 weeks during consultation. Left job unfinished, shattered glass on door of new oven (no accountability), oven installed with one inch gap from wall in lieu of flush. Rob complained often and asked for more money to rehang siding and lighting fixture he took down during window install, leaving my insulation and electrical outlet exposed to the elements for over 8 weeks. After a very stressful, uncomfortable shouting match between Rob and I, he promised he would return.to complete the job, but hasn’t appeared to date.
