They are horrible, nightmare, not experienced or trained. We are devasted, and the amount of money spent for the job is still unfinished, thank god I have dated pictures and video of them working and using no protection , applying paint thinner on a sponge and a brush destroying my home! Just because anyone can obtain a business liscense , does not mean they can call themselves professional painter's. Caused damages to my home inside and out tracked paint through brand new carpeting, on limestone stairs, and brand new driveway thousands of dollars worth of damage, sloppy, messy, took 5 men to paint one area (18×20 bed room) ridiculous insult to injury, not one wall, piece of trim, door complete. Started painting trim without even properly preparing, or painting it fully the entire house is still not complete , paint splatters everywhere because they were not using drop cloths, painters tape , until a phone call to cory the "Owner" was made and I asked him to make sure his workers knew how to protect, I was then told they do not need to use drop cloths when they paint trim, in his words "Thats just not the way we do it" they left wet paint rollers wrapped in plastic on my hardwood floors, used paint thinner on brand new floors and removed the sheen on varnish coating, not one wall or piece of trim properly prepped or painted entirely. Then we showed them pictures and even in person corey and another representative said how bad the job looked, and how upset they would be. We got ripped off by them legal action is now where we are heading just to recoup our damages. Unreal!
