Eric M. Touchstone
President
I hired Eric Touchstone from Touchstone Drywall for a project that was over $12,000. He was horrible to deal with personally. Foul mouth, fast talker, and even degrading to his wife. Yet I still made the mistake about hiring him because he was referred by another business I have dealt with in the past. I figured that well I don't have to live with him because all he has to do is complete the drywalling and I would never have to see him again. However, less than 6 months after completing the project the tape started peeling off the ceiling. I called him up nicely and he blamed it on my framer which was ridiculous becase that had nothing to do with his shoddy work. I called in an expert and he told me that the reason it was coming down is because he used poor quality tape that was not the proper type for that job. Mr. Touchstone didn't bother to come back to check it out as he promissed so I decided to just hire another reliable company and pay them a few thousand dollars to completely redo his poor work. It was well worth spending this money to not have to deal with him again.
