Highly recommend!! When L&I comes to inspect and they ask who did the wiring, as soon as I say David Vargas, the inspector always says, "Great, we never worry about David, he knows what he's doing". David replaced the power panel in my home. He added a power panel to my greenhouses and wired them. He ran power to my porch and yard shed. He has great interpersonal skills, does excellent work and the invoice matches the bid.
