We had a pretty good experience with Town & Country Roofing. I think there was one small area at my parents home where I think something wasn't sealed properly and water started leaking in, but they came and fixed that the next day. No permanent damage. They did have an issue between them and our insurance company but that doesn't have anything to do with the quality of their work.

Apparently hired an inexperienced crew and turned them loose--took several days to complete job (including my having to call to have them pick up beer bottles and extra shingles left on my driveway). Had to call several times and have man come out to re-repair roof. Today, another contractor discovered many loose shingles due to improperly placed nails. Theoretically "labor" under warranty, but I don't want them having anything to do with my property.
