If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an issue with my sprinkler system not shutting off and flooding my yard and this was the company that installed my entire community's sprinklers. I reached out to Kyle who came and only looked at the system and told me it was good. It was my fault for believing that incompetent/unprofessional man. As the issue remained, I attempted to have Kyle come back out but he kept dodging my calls and texts. When I finally got a hold of Kyle, he said he would come out early on a Saturday morning which I agreed upon. The morning of my appointment, Kyle was a no call no show. After a 20-minute courtesy window passed I called Kyle and he decline my call. He called me back after I sent a text asking him to please return my call and Kyle stated that he would need to reschedule. I asked, "How come you didn't notify me before hand?" Before I could finish my question, Kyle started shouting at me, "you should have realized when you woke up (the day prior) it was raining and we don't work in the rain!". I tried to remain calm as I still needed him to come out and asked Kyle when he could come out and he responded, still shouting, "if you have an issue you can go somewhere else!" After this unprofessionalism I became upset and asked him to talk to me like this in person, to which he responded, "well I don't want to do the work!" I'll just say, I work with High Schoolers and that is exactly the vibe I got from Kyle, only my students still get their work done. SMH ??♂️ Please save YOUR time and don't work with Kyle!!!!!
