    We purchased a home that had been remodeled by Trinity Property Development in July of 2021. Immediately we found issues. They approached the renovation with a mindset of "let's not actually deal with this issue; patch over it." They incorrectly installed new PVC to the existing cast iron sewer line, so all the drains were backed up. That sewer line eventually broke, and a new line had to be installed. There were areas in the foundation under the house that have been patched, but those patches have quickly broken and some real structural integrity issues are showing. One contractor wouldn't even do any work because of the unsound existing conditions. They also didn't connect the compressor pump to the furnace in the attic, so water bled through the ceiling. I don't recommend working with Eric Moore or anyone with the company. DO NOT buy any of their renovated houses.

    Gut and Remodel

    I purchased a home that had been remodeled by Trinity Property Development (TPD) in 2014. The inspector found an issue with the way the roof had been installed and Eric promised to fix this problem and offered a warranty on the repairs. Having him honor the warranty proved to be a huge hassle. Within one week of living in the house, we had to hire a different contractor to have plumbing work performed. I've lived in my home now for 1.5 years. It seems like my husband or I constantly find additional issues with the home from the AC not being properly installed to the use of cheap parts for the remodel. Also, instead of removing wallpaper throughout the house, they simply painted over it. Now, it's peeling away from the walls. I do not recommend working with Eric or anyone from TDP.
