There isn't anyone there to help or service your needs and they aren't locally based here with an office you can go into either. My Husband was due a refund for funds lost there due to the wash malfunctioning and was sent a reimbursement check. However, the check was written out with the wrong last name and the phone number and address were crossed through with only the address being corrected. I now will probably have to drive up to the car wash or have my husband stop by to get a contact number for the business to rectify this situation, because I cannot even find a phone number for the business listed online!!
