  DO NOT USE TRACY SCOTT AKA SCOTTS HVAC SERVICES
  This man is very unprofessional. I was recommended to him from HMS and he came to my house with a lady friend who waited in the car and came with a kid (not sure if he was suppose to be his assistant or not). He was there for 10 minutes saying he needed to order a part and that he would return the next day. Did I mention he came in plain clothes, no uniform, and a regular car? He also did not introduce himself just walked up to door and said "what is going on with your air". Well the next day I called him and he said he had the part and would come to my house after he finished the service call he was on. FOUR hours later never heard from him. I called 10-12 times with no answer and of course VM was full. Finally at 9pm I called back to back and his lady friend named Rachel answered the phone. She was very rude to me and said that he is busy and that she didn't know why the warranty company keeps calling him and assigning more jobs to him when he is only one person. She also stated that he was too busy and would not be at my house and that he was not able to pick up the part needed because the place was closed. So I guess he lied to me when he said he already had it but whatever... I told her it was have been appreciated not to be lied to that he could have told me he was not coming and that he did not pick up the part. I did tell her that I would be in contact with HMS and she stated "do what you have to do" and hung up on me. Then she starting texting me.

  BTW I also do not recommend HMS because these are the kind of people they always assign your claim to.

  warranty furnace work

  Not reliable

  I looked this guy up when he did not show for our appointment. He was recommended from my home warranty company HMS. I spoke with him this morning and he said that he would be over at noon. I asked if he could come later as I had to work, he said no, he had an inspection. I told him that I would make it work and that I would be there at noon. He didnt show and I called him several times. I decided to call him with a different phone number and he picked up right away. He told me he didnt know when he would get here. I told him I was going by what he said (noon). He said he doesnt remember that conversation. When I told him I left work early to be here, he said he asnt going to argue and I should find someone else. Do not hire this guy. Im actually relieved that things didnt progress further but frustrated that Im not out leave and my furnace still doesnt work.

  Do not hire this person

  Do not, by any means, hire this person or "company". He will no show and not call you when promised to do the scheduled work. Unfortunately, I called this individual through my home warranty. He didn't call to schedule a time to fix our furnace once he received the parts like he said he would. I had to track him to down to come out to our house. He called me 2 hours after his scheduled time because he was running late (understandable), then never showed up. He text messaged me 8 hours later to reschedule (this was 10:15pm)! I called him again to reschedule the following morning and he proceeded to get angry with me (because I called him out on his unprofessionalism) and never took responsibility. He hung up on me! Please do yourself a favor and pay more for a better person. I'm going to the license board and the BBB on this one!
