    New home construction
    $414,999

    I purchased a property from this builder 4/2022. Everything related to the transaction was and continues to be an unprofessional, unorganized disaster. Communication: Builder consistently went dark & continues to be non-responsive to common seller-buyer inquiries. Declined a pre-close walk-through, which is industry standard-practice.
    Quality: Despite supplying multiple inspection reports, builder left countless items unfinished, or to finish at my expense.
    Warranty: Builder is not standing behind provided warranty items, i.e. HVAC.
    Integrity: This is not a builder/person I would recommend anyone do business with.
