I wouldn't recommend Trade Mark Roofing. They added a substantial amount of money once job completed. Also, workers were using my trash enclosure on the side of the house for a toilet leaving waste in baggies in my driveway and started other jobs during my job setting me back. Also left the dumpster in my drive for the entire job very messy. My neighbor across from me had a better contractor. I no longer live in that house, the roof was required in order for me to sell. Affordable Roofing was a better bid but due to a sudden death in their family they did not get back to me prior to me accepting the Trademark offer. Hope this helps. The gray house across to the left w/white roof had a better contractor, that roof was going on at the same time and I was impressed with their efficiency and clean up each day it started after my roof and finished at the same time mine was completed.
