    Remove old cooktop and install new one.

    My wife and I are so happy with our new cook
    top that was installed this morning!! Brian was spectacular, friendly, very knowledgeable and
    he called and said he’d be here in 20 minutes..
    Way earlier than we expected . He removed the old cooktop and installed the new one. All this work was done in 30 minutes!! He told me to call him with any questions regarding the shelves under the cooktop since it is different than our old one. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling Brian for any other projects that we need. You made my wife so happy. Thank you Brian

    We had a terrible experience. They were referred to us by Basco, who we have been buying appliances from for over 30 years, and have always had fair pricing and great service. We were installing a new Wolf Induction cooktop and wall oven and had a strict timeline due to the Holiday Season. They were great at getting us on the calendar, but then showed up and were absolutely not prepared for the job. They said they could not work with our stainless steel counter tops (something that should have been discovered before coming out), and they could not do electrical (even though I thought I saw the owner has an electrical license). The fact that they did not ask any questions before coming out, and then disappointed us AND charged a "site visit" fee, was nuts. When I gave them this feedback, they did not seem to care and put it on me to have requested a site visit in advance, despite the fact that that option was not offered or discussed. I recommend saving your frustration and contracting with a different service.

    Installation of dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, wall, oven, gas, stove And microwave

    Frank, the owner of this Company is rude and belligerent. Standard TV and Appliance for some reason contracts with this company to install appliances. We had purchased over $30,000 in Wolf appliances to be installed and they did a terrible job. All they did was place the refrigerator, they did not hook up the waterline for the icemaker or connect to power. They literally sat it there..
    While installing the hood fan, one of his employees banged a metal grate from the hood fan onto one of the pendant lights hanging over the island and cracked it. This was witnessed by another contractor who called to let me know.
    When I called standard TV and Appliance and let them know there was damage, they asked me to please call trade brothers Northwest and bring it to their attention. When I called, Frank, the owner, said they absolutely did not damage anything.. When I told him that another contractor witnessed it and called me, he said that person was a liar and they probably did the damage. I was very calm with my initial phone call, as I had no reason to believe he wouldn’t replace the pendant. When he told me that it was not their problem, at that point, I got upset. I did explain to him. It was a fairly inexpensive fixture. ($159) And that we could probably just find the glass for a lesser price. He told me he wouldn’t be wasting his time to find replacement glass and that if I could find just a glass replacement, he would be willing to share the cost with me. Obviously, I had already paid for the light fixture and did not want to pay for it again because of the damage they caused. Long story short I decided it wasn’t worth all the negative energy from this man. I found replacement glass and didn’t bother trying to get him to pay for anything . What a poor business owner and an even sadder human being. I would run the other way if they are recommended to do any moving or installation for you as it will not be completed properly and you will not be taken compensated if something goes wrong.

    Hood installation

    I had a wonderful experience with Trade Brothers to install a range hood. Jennifer was very helpful on the phone and scheduled the appointment within an acceptable window. On the day of install, I received a call that they could stop by early. I really appreciated that.

    When they arrived they did a quick assessment then got right to work. I was very impressed with their speed and efficiency. They also recommended an additional outlet above the hood and added it so the hood could easily be plugged in.

    After the installation they vacuumed the space and did a great job of cleaning everything up. I also think their installation price was competitive. Nice job!

    Brian at Trade Bros was so spectacular. He knows his stuff and was great. However, I didn't have the same feeling about Jennifer in the office scheduling the appointment. She was to call me back several times and NEVER DID!! Not only that but she claimed there was no way she could give me a window of time (morning or afternoon) the day prior. People have lives to live and contacting a customer the "day of" is not great customer service. I also had requested Brian and I was told I could not get him for a number of weeks. Luckily, he traded and was able to complete our job. Brian is an extremely knowledgeable person and has great customer service! I would not use Trade Bros. again due to the fact that one apple can spoil the bunch unfortunately. I would utilitze Brian in a heartbeat but getting to that point I had to go through Jennifer and that wasn't a good experience.

    Not sure why Michael at Basco Appliance would recommend TradeBrothers NW?! If u know what u are going to install, why not come prepared or better yet, set up a pre-visit to smooth out any possible issues? Thank goodness I scheduled my contractor to be there on the same day. Holes for the knobs on our Wolf range needed to be drilled as well as the downdraft not fitting electrically. Come prepared before u charge someone so much. I had 2 hefty install bills; 1 from contractor and 2 from tradebrothers.
