You guys are crooks. All your previous reviews confirms that. You put in a new roof and said it was a metal roof...turns out it is shingles. And I tried calling you twice and Stephanie said it wasn't her that I spoke to on August 23,25,28 and September 19. I have called the HCD and sent them an email regarding your bad work and inspector that signed off. I plan to give you bad reviews on Google. Yelp and my park manager. You don't have a BBB because you don't deserve it.
Nothing but lies and inept work. If you don't fix this I will sue you for the roof and the damage from it.

They are HORRIBLE and do not return calls. They did not seal a pipe they replaced and had a water leak. They overcharged and they they did not put insulation back over pipe - THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. HAD 3 MGRS AND LAST ONE IS NAMED BOB WHO DOES NOT TAKE CALLS.

This is the worst company I have hired. They sent someone out that immediately starting arguing with me as to what was to be done even though I had the inspector write down every little detail as to the job. Like,"we are not doing the vinyl." They did not do the full square footage that was specified clearly in a diagram. A toilet was placed in my shower and another team had to take off the shower doors to get it out, bumping my shower head which leaks profusely. When they pulled up the carpet and old flooring my floor ducts were ruined.Trimming was torn off walls. The girl that answers the phones lied to me repeatedly and did not care about my problems. A foreman never returned my calls. Save yourself days of misery. Do not hire them.

Do not hire this company.....they pray on the elderly. They over charge for services they do not even perform. I hired them to do some electrical work on my Mobile home and they told me I needed to replace all my outlets with purple pig tails or my mobile home could have an electrical fire. So of course I was afraid of a fire so I had them do the work for which I paid $1800.00. When I had the same promblem a year later I called them out but ty told me it would cost another $950.00. Which is outrageous so I hired another company who told me I did not have purple pig tails installed in my electrical outlets. I have reported them to The Contractor Licensing Board

I had them remodel a bathroom in a mobile home. Wrong paint color and then it started peeling because it wasn't applied properly. Salesman (Bob) was over the top and with every question he reassured me all would be well. While installing my beautiful soaker tub they gashed the wall.So when they send someone out to do a courtesy check they attempted to sell me more work on my home.I politely declined and asked when they would be back to make the repairs.He said someone will call you.Well, 2 mo and no call.They don't deserve even 1 star and taking advantage of senior citizens is unforgivable.I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy..Thanks, Pam Gutierrez Chino Hills.

I needed a deck repaired on a mobile home and they completely messed it up it took longer than expected and cost me more money because they kept asking for more. I do not recommend them at all.

The Tradesman who is operating under the contractor license held by Nicholas Velotta provided a quotation for repair of a HVAC system for $950. I had a second look at it and the contractor found that there was simply a loose wire and there was no charge. The scope of work with the Tradesman quoted me $950 included replacement of a part which I found on Searsdirect for $25. I would not recommend The Tradesman to anyone. Beware of them and their pricing!
