This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life. Tradition Plumbing was hired by my rental property manager to replace our furnace. Our property management company sent us a message at 10:30AM saying to expect Tradition Plumbing at our home between 12:00PM and 4:00PM. At 4:00PM, they still had not shown up, and still had not called. I called my property management company, who spoke to a manager at Tradition Plumbing, Anna, who said the technician would “arrive shortly.” At 4:30, they still had not shown up, so I called the property management company again, who was attempting to call the technician, but he wouldn’t answer the phone. By 6:00PM, no one had shown up. At 6:00PM, Anna called to tell me that the technicians were running late, but on their way from Tomball, Texas and stuck in traffic. She offered no excuse as to why they hadn’t even bothered to call. Additionally, there is no traffic from Tomball to Spring (where we live) at 6:00PM. By 7:00PM, they still had not shown up. I called my property management company, who called the technician’s manager, who said the technicians had been sitting outside of our house for 20 minutes. This was false, because I had been standing outside of my house while on the phone. When my property management company told the manager that, the story all of a sudden changed and they were actually at a gas station near our house. The “technicians” didn’t show up until 7:15PM, and on top of that, showed up in an unmarked personal vehicle, in unmarked clothing, with a smoothie in his hand. My property management company gave me another manager’s number, Michael. When the “technicians” arrived, I called Michael to tell him all that had happened and ask for an explanation. He claimed the technicians had been stuck in traffic in Houston for the entire day. He offered no reason as to why we were not contacted. He and his “technicians” and team were the most unprofessional, disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. I do NOT recommend them.
