I met this vendor at the Home Show, the man working the booth was very arrogant and was busy socializing and could not be bother to help those interested in his services. I overlooked my initial reaction and had a contractor come out to give me an estimate on a front courtyard. I have never heard from this company again. I have called several times with no success. I understand this is a busy time for contractors, they are having a hard time with labor and materials, but to not respond with a return phone call or text is unacceptable. My first reaction was correct, and this company doesn't deserve my business, nor yours. They may be busy now, but I wonder when things get back to normal if they will have burned to many bridges. I would not recommend to future client's.
