Although we formed Trailhead Builders Inc in 2015, we have been building homes in the Billings area since the early 1990’s. During this time we have participated in 16 years of the Parade of Homes, sponsored by the HBA of Billings, sometimes with multiple entries in one year. Our work on these homes has yielded us such awards as Best Grand Master Suite (1998), Grand Award Kitchen Design (2000), and the Spring Parade of Homes People’s Choice Award (2005).

First it’s a LLC not Inc
Warning! If you have to use this “company” make sure everything is completed before closing or it will never be done. Mark will reassure you that the incomplete and faulty work will be completed and corrected. His exact words were “don’t worry we are not going anywhere”. In translation this actually means that they will ignore your requests and do as little as possible until you get tired of trying. Almost 10 months after closing and they refuse to finish items while other items that they attempted to fix look even worse or not functional. I included pictures of what we found after closing ( and yes we had to scrub the toilets since Mark let his subcontractors use the toilets even before water was turned on because he got rid of the porta-potty to save on costs we guess ). There was absolutely no oversight or quality control as evident by all these issues. Mark refused to do a final walkthrough nor a closing walkthrough to demonstrate how to shut off utility services in case of an emergency or even bother to show for the closing at the title company.
7 November 2022 Update
Now 11 months since closing and Mark (Trailhead Builders) still refuse to honor the builders warranty nor finish all the items left incomplete.
