His updated address should be 97 Adams Street Newton, MA unless there are 2 guys with the same name in the same occupation.
Bao tried to cheat here and there to quicken up the job. His contract says he would "damp-proof" the foundation but later verbally told the homeowner he wouldn't do it. Homeowner said no, googled that even crawl-spaces need to be water-proof, and then he said, "Fine, my guys will be there." He said it wasn't part of the contract, but in clear black writing, it was, so he's just irresponsible. Cares for only a signed contract, deposit, and didn't see him for 2 weeks. Too many excuses. Too much trouble to deal with. I wish I checked his credentials before hiring him. Giving him hope that the additional star means he would finish the supposed 1-month job within 3 months...... *fingers crossed*

Very unprofessional and full of disappointment. Bao took our deposit and did not start work until 3 weeks later . When they come to do the work, they hired people that did not speak English, did not clean up the area after the finish. Their work was so unprofessional and poorly done, the driveway pavement was crack after 2 months of use, called them to return, they refuse to guarantee their work.

If it were possible to give them a zero star rating that would be what they deserve. After signing a contract, Bao took our deposit and took weeks longer to start the job then promised. Then they cut the street, dug trenches in our driveway, left a tractor on the street for over a week, then parked in our driveway for three. After almost two months of not returning our calls, we told him we would forced to take legal action. The next day while we were at work the tractor was picked up and Bao has yet to show or call, not that we would expect any better from anyone who would conduct business in this manner.
