BEWARE of Khoi and RPI Construction. I purchased a home 3 months ago that Khoi and his company did a ton of work on to include foundation repair. Needless to say since we moved in it has been a nightmare! We started having plumbing issues our second week of living here that started in the master bathroom then went to the guest bathroom and most recently in the kitchen and laundry room . We have not been able to wash clothes or use our kitchen sink for a month. Since week 2 we have had probably 4 different plumbing companies at our home approximately 20 different times. We have had several breaks in the our pipe, cracks, dead squirrels, hydro jets and snaked the lines numerous times. From what plumbing professionals have told us, there is absolutely NO way that Khoi and his company did not know there were serious issues with this home before it was sold. I have spoke to Khoi and he has not been the most friendly or easy to work with. He said he did a hydro static pressure test which he did show paperwork for but again there is NO possible way this home passed a hydro static test. A couple of weeks ago Khoi did finally agree to send his "guy" over here to finish some work another plumbing company had already started. Needless to say he did not complete all the work he said he would so left us once again with over 2 thousand dollars worth of work to be done. Khoi has refused to give me the sellers information which is also very sketchy. This has been the worst horror story for a first time home buyer and has cost us thousands of dollars. Do NOT use this company.

Our home was for sale and our buyers, under contract, hired this person via a Keller-Williams agent. Khoi Tran is a licensed home inspector in Texas but his competency highly suspect. He supposedly thoroughly inspected our 3000 sq ft home in 27 minutes. He never turned on a faucet, flushed a toilet, turned on an appliance. He had no visible tools with him but his camera. No paper. No clipboard. Nothin. I don't think he would have gone to the water heaters had we not led him to them. He spent a portion of his 27 minutes in our home telling us of his other businesses apparently like this contracting business. Without any qualification whatsoever he claims we had foundation problems. From the review on this site from Aug. 2017 he doesn't know the first thing about foundations, home inspections or anything. He claimed our pool heater didn't work when he never tried it. In fact told us he'd never seen one like ours and asked how to turn it on. In his report however he claimed it didn't work. This person is incompetent. He does business as Realtor Preferred in Wylie, Texas.
